Giveaway Rules
1. Notification is via Email. You will need an email to win!
2. Entries are not transferable to other drawings.
3. Participants must be at least 21 years old and show valid Identification.
4. One (1) free entry for every dollar spent on items purchased, negotiated pricing excluded. An entry form is required for each purchase. See #8 for entry form requirements.
5. All winners must first respond to the email within 48 hours.
6. Winner to allow a photo or video of you and the prize to be posted on our social media pages.
7. Winner to claim prize on the next open day.
8. Winner to have correctly completed their entry form as follows: the date of drawing ending, your first and last name, mailing address, email address, and check the box stating "I authorize Jim Wallis to use this email, and have read the rules at the sale or at Jimaroos.com." Write your ticket number in the space provided. Sign your name. The entry card must be legible and in your own handwriting.
9. Entries are also available as follows, but not to be combined with purchases: one (1) free entry for every handwritten entry form. Forms can be found at the sale. The following is required on every entry form: The date of drawing ending, your first and last name, mailing address, email address, and check the box stating "I authorize Jim Wallis to use this email, and have read the rules at the sale or at Jimaroos.com." Write your ticket number in the space provided. Sign your name. The entry card must be legible and in your own handwriting.
10. All requirements must be met or prize is forfeit.
11. Forfeited prizes will be placed into future drawings.
12. Odds of winning are dependent on the number of tickets received.
13. Winner need not be present to win.
14. Drawings are held after close of day, usually before 7 pm on Sundays, and uploaded to Facebook Jimaroos by 8 pm, and an email notification is sent by 8 pm that evening.

1. Jim Wallis is not responsible for unread emails, emails that don't go through, emails entered wrongfully, emails that end up in a junk folder, or any other reason that would prevent an email from reaching you.

3. Jim Wallis is not responsible for the inability to read handwritten entries.
4. Item giveaways are free to enter, drawing tickets are free, and items are free to award. Therefore, any claim for monetary reimbursement regarding the functionality or accidental breakage of a prize will be zero dollars.
